Economics new student orientation session

As a new student in the Department of Economics at Concordia University, you must attend one (1) orientation session, or watch the online orientation video before you are allowed to register. To attend an in-person session, please register to a single session on Eventbrite.

Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, sessions will be offered as a Zoom webinar until further notice. Students who choose this session will receive instructions by email in the week before the webinar.

At the session:

• Please have your e-mail of acceptance (offer of admission) ready
• You must sign in on time, or you will be asked to register to another session.

The Undergraduate Program Director from the Department of Economics will go through various academic regulations related to your program. The session is approximately one hour. When completed, the Undergraduate Program Assistant will unblock you for course registration. Registration for new students opens April 18. Students should register for winter term courses at the same time as fall term courses.
